The anchoas from up north really are amazing
All the warm courses came out in warm dishes. I had to ask if there was a dedicated oven just for the stonewear
Even though this was in the Nueva Plaza in Bilbao (which typically signals crappy overpriced food) - Gure Toki was great. I failed to get photos of the pinchos.
Atelier Etxanobe de Fernando Canales, was good, but flirting with old school cheesy (dessert included a VR headset experience)
